Winners Announced at the 55th NAACP Image Awards Night 2

HBO’s A Black Lady Sketch Show took home the award for Outstanding Variety Show on night 2 of the NAACP Image Awards. This groundbreaking show has captured the hearts of audiences with its humor and unique perspective.

DC Young Fly from Celebrity Squares was honored with the award for Outstanding Host at the NAACP Image Awards. His charismatic personality and wit have made him a fan favorite in the world of television hosting.

Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance

Issa Rae, known for her role in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, won for Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance. Her talent and versatility as a voice actor have been recognized by the industry.

In addition to the above winners, there were several other notable awards given out on night 2 of the NAACP Image Awards. VH1’s Wild ‘N Out was named Outstanding Reality Program, Reality Competition, or Game Show. Leslie Jones was recognized for her Outstanding Performance in a Short Form Series for The Daily Show After The Cut. Kyla Pratt also received an award for her voice-over work on Disney+’s The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder.

The main 55th NAACP Image Awards ceremony, hosted by Queen Latifah, is set to air live on BET and CBS this Saturday.
