Written by the acclaimed filmmaker Jasmila Žbanić, known for her Oscar-nominated work in “Quo Vadis, Aida?”, the series secured an impressive seven wins, including Best Drama, Best Script, and Best Directing across various drama categories. The show, consisting of six compelling episodes, made its world premiere at the prestigious Venice Film Festival, solidifying its place as a must-watch production. Notably, lead actress Jasna Đuričić received the award for Best Actress in a Drama Series, while other cast members like Nermin Hamzagić and Jelena Kordić Kuret also clinched noteworthy accolades.
