Kanye West Faces Lawsuit for Sexual Harassment and Wrongful Termination by Former Assistant

Kanye West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has filed a lawsuit against the rapper for sexual harassment and wrongful termination. The court documents obtained by Page Six reveal disturbing details of the alleged misconduct by West towards Pisciotta.

Pisciotta started working with Kanye West in July 2021 to assist him in launching his Yeezy fashion line. She was offered $1 million for the job on the condition that she be available to West 24/7, which she accepted. However, things took a dark turn when West asked Pisciotta to be more “God Like” and delete her OnlyFans account in 2022. In return, West allegedly promised to raise her salary to $2 million a year, but he never followed through with the adjustment.

According to the lawsuit, Kanye West began sending Pisciotta vulgar text messages, including explicit details of sexual acts he wanted to experience. He also shared photos and videos of himself having intercourse with other women. Pisciotta claims that West sent her intimate photos of “current and former” Yeezy employees, both men and women.

The lawsuit also detailed other disturbing incidents involving West, such as him masturbating while on the phone with Pisciotta and making inappropriate comments about her boyfriends’ anatomy. Pisciotta alleges that West once forced her to remove her cardigan in the office because he said it was “covering too much.” In another disturbing incident, West reportedly locked them in a room together and masturbated next to her before falling asleep.

Despite being promoted to Chief of Staff of several of West’s companies and offered a $4 million salary, Pisciotta was fired just a month later in September 2022. She claims that West offered her $3 million in severance, which she never received. In response, Pisciotta is seeking compensation for breach of contract and hostile work environment in her lawsuit against West.

This latest legal battle for Kanye West comes on the heels of accusations of racism towards a former black employee at his Christian school, Donda Academy. Benjamin Deshon Provo, a security guard at the school, filed a complaint alleging that he was fired because of the color of his skin. West’s representatives have not yet commented on the allegations made by Pisciotta and Provo.

The allegations against Kanye West by Lauren Pisciotta paint a disturbing picture of sexual harassment and misconduct in the workplace. It is essential for employers to create a safe and respectful environment for all employees and to take allegations of harassment seriously. Only time will tell how this legal battle will unfold and what consequences Kanye West will face as a result of these troubling allegations.
