A new series called Outrageous is soon to make its debut on BritBox International and UKTV. Created by Sarah Williams, the show is based on Mary Lovell’s biography, The Sisters, and follows the scandalous lives of the six aristocratic Mitford Sisters who dared to defy societal norms. Starring Bessie Carter from Bridgerton, along with Shannon Watson, Zoe Brough, Orla Hill, and Isobel Jesper Jones, this drama is set to captivate audiences with its intriguing storyline. With production by Firebird Pictures, viewers can expect to see the series on their screens next year.

The BBC has announced that it will be renewing the popular school drama, Waterloo Road, for two more seasons, extending the show’s run until at least 2026. Following the lives of teachers and students at a school in the north of England, the series gained renewed interest during lockdown, leading to its revival.
