Quit your yappin' already. This was not the movie I thought it was, seriously thought this was an adventure yarn set in the Kilimanjaro mountains searching for lost treasure. Thought it would be like The African Queen. It isn't at all.
Magnifique film😊

Filme bom lofdh
I lived in Isiolo when Stuart Granger, Ave Gardiner, Elizabeth and Gregory Peck came there in 1952 and my father was responsible for setting up their camp sites. As I recall these actors/actresses were gathered near a street lamp and aiming stones at an object above the street light.

I don’t know but I think Ernest Hemingway’s characters in his book are patterned after him? Any thoughts?

What a moron though going that close to hippos in the water. Put everyone at risk. But then he dove into the powerful river most would drown in and rescued a man so he redeemed himself.
So what happened to Cynthia?
